Terms & Conditions

£89 for Overseas Property Inspection Tours ("Offer")

The Terms and Conditions applicable to the Offer ("Terms and Conditions") are:

  1. These Terms and Conditions must be read in conjunction with the Booking Terms and Conditions of Parador Properties Limited (“Parador”).
  2. Offer is valid for bookings made in 2008 for subsequent travel in 2008, unless otherwise specified.
  3. Offer is subject to availability and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or offer.
  4. Offer excludes visa entry charge of £10 (approximate) per person payable to the Turkish authorities on entry to by each person travelling if on a Property Viewing Trip to Turkey.
  5. The offer price of £89 per couple is based upon Parador’s standard booking price of £89 per person.
  6. No purchase is necessary in order to accept the Offer.
  7. Persons accepting the Offer must be aged 18 years or over and resident within the UK.
  8. Only one booking per household may be made and a maximum of two people can travel on an Inspection Tour resulting from that one booking.
  9. This Offer is not transferable and no cash alternative is available in whole or in part.
  10. Any breach of these Terms and Conditions by any person will result in Parador withdrawing the Offer to that person.
  11. The decision of Parador is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
  12. Once a contract is entered into by both parties and a Property Viewing Trip booking made, in any of the events set out below, the Client will be obliged to pay to the company all related third party costs for which the company is liable, likely to be the full cost of the flights, accommodation and pre-arranged meals. The Company will do its best to minimise such costs.  These events comprise:
    • the intimation by the Client, either verbally or in writing, of a desire to cancel the flight booking without good reason
    • the Company forming the view, acting reasonably, that the Client does not have a legitimate intention to attend the scheduled Inspection Tour and presentations organised by the company.
    • flight cancellation by the Client
    • the Client’s failure to catch the relevant flight for any reason
    • the Client’s failure to attend all of the scheduled Property Viewing Trip and presentations organised by the company on behalf of the Client
    • or, if, in the reasonable view of the Company, the Client is behaving in a way which will cause or is likely to cause upset or annoyance to others or damage to property.  In addition, the Company has the right to terminate the Inspection Tour immediately if necessary, the client will be responsible for arranging and paying for their return travel.
  13. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by English and Scottish law and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Scotland.
  14. Cape Verde tours and Parador Invest Tours are excluded from this offer.
